    Hi My Visonic powermax pro panel has just expired after years of service. I'm sure systems have improved over the years. I'm unsure if I should just replace the panel or replace the whole system? Requirements I'd like remote access either by an iPhone App or web browser. Wireless is OK but I live in a bungalow so can easily wire PIRs and Alarm box. 4 or 5 PIRs and two door contacts required, would also like smoke detection. Skill level, I'm OK at programming systems, trained as a fitter wireman so OK running cables etc, OK at working on routers to port forward and use DDNS. I fitted the Visonic without any issues Just not sure overall what would provide the best online connected solution with maybe home automation but that would be a plus point. Options looked at but not fully understood, Visonic, Pryonix Enforcer, Texecom of some kind.
