Ive tested Ring, Hikvision, cheapo Chinese, dahua doorbell and Dahua telephone entry, they all ring your phone via an app but none unlock the phone. Yeah the call goes though but it doesnt unlock the phone, even when Im on a call I have to use my fingerprint if i need to unlock it. If an app unlocked phones it would be a big security risk. It can be made to unlock the phone using Tasker but I dont like the idea of my phone being insecure in any way with bank apps and other financial apps like wechat and Revolute on it, its changed from being a phone to being a personal computer, that I holds more than just my phone contacts.

If the phone is locked you have to unlock it the ap notifies but it doesnt unlock the phone

If you have changed the batteries already and closed the lid on the detector correctly. Come out of the room and leave it for 5 mins then go back in let the detector see you if that doesnt work call the installer.(Which is what you should have done in the first place)

SL8 is obsolete you may find a used keypad on ebay. But system that old I would recommend you think about updating

I have to agree, that panels been obsolete for over ten years now

Normally okay on WiFi its just when your out and about, I find by the time Ive unlocked the phone and answered the door the person calling has gone

Ive never forgotten to set my alarm .....but then I have seen enough houses that have been burgled in my lifetime to make me not forget. There are decent alarm systems out there that you can arm by app. But you could just use HA and geofencing via tasker on every ones mobile phone to arm it, if you are that lazy.

No they are all normally on the same aux fuse with an Accenta, in any case they fail in alarm so you would not be able to set it. As SWB says the Leds on the BB may be indicating a problem but it would be unrelated to the pir, try setting it and moving around in front of Z5 if the alarm goes off the Led on the detector has failed, that would also give the bell a test at the same time.

When you say flashing red if you mean the LEDs' it supposed to, its a deterrent light. What makes you think the motion detector zone five is not working? is it because the light doesnt come on when you move? If its in a bedroom the led is probably switched off

It was brand new from ebay it even has the original installers phone number on it

The panel is obsolete but you may find one on ebay or somewhere, its a straight swap if you have the same keypad

if all the terminals are tight and the spring is good then I would say dry joint somewhere on the rkp. Though the top of the rkp PCB looks like its had some water damage thats spilled out onto the label in the lid

OP unfortunately this forum is UK based, the product you mention is not one I have heard of, but even so, every country has its own protocols when it comes to security. Which means that its highly unlikely that anyone outside your country would be able to help. Most panels can be defaulted another installer in Cyprus will be able to help

Recycle the power and start again would be the easiest if you dont know what you're doing
