Subby day rates
There are many factors to subbies: experience, ability, part of the country, London can pay much higher than oop narth. Day rate is, much preferred by subbies, personally I would rather agree a price for the job in advance. Yes we have had to screen as if they were employees and check insurance and all the other bollox

New Idea of Access Control
To be fair it is quite hard to think of new innovative ideas, Aaron has come up with a couple of ideas, neither of them are likely to be successful for one reason or another but it is good that he is thinking up new ideas. Keep it up Aaron and maybe one day you will think of something that will change the world.

How secure is the texecom?
Opening a port on your router can be a risky, but firstly the burglar would need to know that you have a texecom alrm system, secondly he would need to know a fair bit about hacking, I do know someone who can do it, but he makes enough money not to have to turn to crime. At the end of the day it is all about risk, if your house is full of valuables and is well known for it, then dont use a Texecom panel with the app. If your house is average domestic with the average stuff inside, then I would not worry too much most average burglars wont be hacking your network for drug money. But if you are that bothered there are panels with apps that do not require you to open ports on your router

Hello
You think we never had big systems when I was installing ? How do you think I got so quick at twisting wires, we used to use lots more cores back then eol wasn't out when I started installing. Mind you there were a few takeovers back then that looked like an Afro explosion of colours when you opened the panel
-
Hello
I was twisting wires together when you were in nappies .....probably! LOL Seriously I bet I could twist a pair of wires neater and quicker manually than you can with a drill
-
Hello
I wouldnt use a drill personally it's not that hard to do it manually, and you don't save any time or get it any neater with a drill Hello btw and welcome, I have a mate in NZ Ian Brand do you know him?

Small Bridal Shop Alarm and CCTV DIY Options?
What people charge is a good indicator of how good they are likely to be. If you are in high demand you can afford to charge more, if you are desperate for work then you will cut the price to the bone to get the job. Rarely will you find a good trades person thats not busy, we charge much more than our local competition but I cant remember the last time we didnt have a full diary for at least a month. Yet our competition are advertising £299..00 fully installed junk again and their vans are parked outside their shop every time I drive past
