I finally located a manual on the web. And not from the seller or Danmini. I contacted Damnimi twice - without reply. As I said earlier, I can get a refund but not for the postage, and postage for me would cost about £22 stg. Paypal adjudicated in my favour but they couldn't force the seller to pay the postage. I am very tempted to send them back a package of feathers, via registered post. Paypal would see that the package was delivered and would give me the refund. I'd then have the system and a smile on my face. Cormac

I have been fighting with them for over a month. They just will not send one, despite promises. I have a claim with Paypal but the seller is only obliged to refund the original transaction - which of course was Free Postage !! All I want is a damn manual. They offerred for me to return the item and then send me a whole new replacement, rather than just taking the instructions out of another box - quite bizarre.

Hi all, I bought a Danmini YA-500 on eBay but the instructions weren't in the box. I can get a refund for the system but they will not refund the postage. Postage back will cost me eur30 so I'm at my wits end trying to source a manual somewhere. Can anyone help me or know how or where I might get a manual ? Thanks in advance
