There's to Much kit out there for them to be able to effectively enforce there regs , so everyone doing pretty much what they want these days , unless someone knows who to complain to, no one cares man , ico don't know Jack what's going on in the grand scheme of things....imo -

I see some couriers have notices saying cctv and audio being recorded for security reasons, all within there area of course , not sure if they do record though -

The Samsung bullets maybe dual powered, most of them are, same trouble I had so switched to ac psu's , so no need for convertor

does everyone have problems with hik vision? Is it cheap brand? Few cameras I have done have been analogue Samsung and a few honeywells both still expensive to buy What hd camera would you recommend ie 1080p or? Standard svr not nvr type

Ah beat me to it! As he said resolve your power issue I would check again your settings you may have missed something , did the place. ever use a pstn connection? How did you drop each line?

Didn't think you need to power Rios down if it's the com on the panel , just power cycle the panel, If it doesn't work save the configuration and remove one line at a time to see how many modules get removed this would prove your theory that there is no other device somewhere extra on the line But as above pstn otherwise

Informa will dial without a filter but worth a try , maybe you can also check the polarity if itvm helps
