Basically quote for new , same old thing where some companies keep old rubbish going Mainly because customer doesn't want to pay, it's not always adts fault , customer won't even repair some stuff Quote him a nice price somewhere you will a bit of money but don't waste time on old system that you will have trouble with

Is the tamper switch closing? Stretch spring a little If you do some trial and error to prove the cable but putting the yellow and blue together in one terminal and then try it with the alarm red and black at the sensor end and see if and when the panel tries to set normally You get me?

Probably usual story they don't want to pay, probably well maintained but never been upgraded , what happens if your maintenance charges are same as ADT will they still pay? Unless it's a lesecure or whatever it's called or domonial they all straight forward , those to stay clear
