A question about the App and notifications. When the alarm is triggered and you get the "you have an alarm" notification for 20 seconds or so, is there a way to make the notification repeat itself? It is a bit poor if you do not hear the "you have an alarm" the first time around.

We've taken over a few Squire systems of late and they are shockingly bad.

Cameras need cleaning on a regular basis so access to them is very important. Best bet would to be use turret cameras as they do not attract as many spiders/cobwebs as bullets and domes. Pop down to your local Adi branch as they have a decent deal on Hikvision 4Mp turret cameras at the moment. Deal expired on 14th

The fan noise from the Nvr will drive you crazy. You won't notice it at first but overtime it will get to you. i wouldn't put it behind the Tv if I were you mate.

I've had to the same thing. Think if you used the relay to disconnect the B terminal of the keypad the keypad presses were disabled.

Trbl Power is also the message for AC fail. Try to set the system with the master code then unset the system and if it is AC failure and the AC has restored the panel will be reset.

My first choice would be this quad detector: https://www.pyronix.co.uk/products-and-solutions/kx15dq Easily available online for around a tenner each. Great value imo. If you are thinking about updating the panel it depends on what options you require. If like most you would like to control your intruder system by using an App then the Pyronix Enforcer HomeControl+ would be ideal. This may be a little expensive though and you would also need a expander for your detectors.
