I finally located a manual on the web.  And not from the seller or Danmini.  I contacted Damnimi twice - without reply.  As I said earlier, I can get a refund but not for the postage, and postage for me would cost about £22 stg.  Paypal adjudicated in my favour but they couldn't force the seller to pay the postage.

 

I am very tempted to send them back a package of feathers, via registered post.  Paypal would see that the package was delivered and would give me the refund.  I'd then have the system and a smile on my face.

Why not just fill a box with horse manure?

There's a good chance they might confuse it with Danmini YA-500....

If you are going to commit fraud, always a good tip not to plan it out loud on a public forum, don't we think?

I see his point only needed a manual. Re his second it wouldn't work

Unfortunately, paypal, ebay, do indeed refund the minute evidence of sending any type of tracked package is given. I have even had someone 'return' something using the entered royal mail code 'Fukoffebay'. They of course got a full instant refund, although I did eventually get it reversed after a LOT of shouting...

If you do a Google search, the manual is listed in several places.
