Tell them to change it to a Gardtec 600. This panel will support what you require.

Nothing wrong with Risco panels. Hardly any problems with them. I think engineers find the programming a bit confusing if they have not worked on one before.

Regards eng code. You will have to get them to change it back to default or something you specify, im sure they wont tell you what their code is as lwillis says

If its coming out he won't need the code anyway.

Just use your code to silence any alarms. And FYI the bells going to ring anyway unless they've wired it up wrong.

OP to get what you want then you will need to rip out the panel, hopefully they havnt used risco detectors but if they have then let us know which ones as they do make so decent sensors.
