alterEGO
I though menvier was same as texe? We do it all the time.
Oxo
Use something like the CQR SC70 and as they are side by side you can hide the interconnection in the frame, job done. Not sure why Cooper said otherwise, done loads like it, and on Gals.
sixwheeledbeast
If you can't do it with two shunt resistors (best method), you will definately be able to do it like Ox's diagram above.

james.wilson
the gal allowed 2 shunt resistors but everything else has to be wired as ox drawing afaik. It will work fine securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. breff
I though menvier was same as texe? We do it all the time. Texe is different as it sees 0-2k as tamper, 2k to 4k6 as secure, 4k7 to 20k as active and above 21k as tamper. If zone shorted=tamper is changed to zone shorted=active then its 4k7 to 30k as active and above 31k as tamper. Not sure about menvier but we always fitted one 2k2 and one 4k7 in a jb with 2 contacts wired double pole to the jb. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

The thresholds are larger than Menvier and you can have upto 3 shunt resistors. ~12K to ~20K is Masked on T-EOL which is why the limit is three devices.
