Then things are modified or removed. ie germany i beleive see no need for confirmation. Whereas we and i think denmark do. Spain also have their take on it and i think they want 3 detectors before confirm. Then middle ground has to be found. As you can imagine this can be impossible. We cant have everything we want so all you can do is point the view and reasoning behind the view into the comments. But is seems we have little say then ACPO join in and it gets even better. How long until private security firms respond to a 2/3/7 ? What with the cut backs and what not we have no Police or FireFighters anymore, except the plastic ones.
