Re. Fees, I think it should be based on a "donation" system where the person who has sold the item makes a "donation" to this community either a set amount or a small percentage of the sale price of the item when sold. That way the site is still classed as a non profit making organisation etc. And the money can then in theory for server costs, overheads etc.

What about TBAY for the name, i think it should be free as there making millions anyway......... :whistle:
