Well im well and truly pissed off with it. Cloud down yet again end of last week/weekend. To start, tech say **** all, then next day, 'oh, it went down during the night, they are working on it' I said all installers should be emailed or texted, they say we have 7000 connection worldwide, we cant do that. Surely as a security item, these servers should have a standby,back-up server. Even if they had part of their website that had a status display of servers up/down. I spent ******* hours on-site trying to sort it, when there was **** all wrong with site. cnuts.

How come you are notified of sounder lost restore on an agility 3, surely we should be notified when it first went lost. Ive had 3 restores this weekend, around 30 in the last few months, bell isnt that far away from panel either.

in another office, it is all decorated now, as usual I can run a cable external, but it is a fair distance and unsightly unless i go the long route. I cant be arsed and he wont want to pay. I have just used a pair of tp links to get his office comp connected to the internet, pretty much just for email and browsing, so thought it would handle the cctv stream piece of piss. Client wants a cctv monitor in his other office, he has 2 graphics cards in his computer, so said we should be able to connect 2 monitors to that. But from what i can gather off the tinternet is that W7 pro will not allow multi monitor, you can have dual monitor. Anyone know of a work around?
