Hi Guys Just wondered if any of you London engineers have a better method of posting faulty kit to office and getting new kit delivered? Our stores is in Gloucestershire and I need to find a better way to ship kit from London engineers back to base. Obviously if its standard kit then we are blessed with a good qty of ADI's. When I was at Group4 we had cages in Target express depots where office could send kit to and that had packing materials to send kit back. I think they use dropbox now ?? Doesn't work too bad as we've always got staff going backwards and forwards but I'd like to standardise it. Dave

Very true Norman, we're not looking to pay peanuts and in return don't want monkeys . Intruder kit is Galaxy, Texecom with a bit of BPT, milestone thrown in

I know what you mean mate . I'm sure they are out there! When I was Service Manager at Group4 we had some cracking engineers. We got some really top clients and can't afford to compromise. Work varies from 2nd fixing intruder, CCTV, Intercom and occasionally fire in London houses so just need decent neat engineers for this. But also some high end integrated work using Lenel, Pro-Watch, Genetec, DVTel etc... Fingers crossed.
