You mean 555 timer? Coupled to a 4017 if you needed 3-10 scrolling LED's, like Night Rider effect.
I ask because i would have used a 555 and CR network for and astable, it's such a useful IC to have in your parts bin.
10K, 10K, 47uF in the CR network is pretty close to 1Hz, handy values to have when your breadboarding stuff out.
Sometimes it's fun to use what you have around.
My typo meant 4047
Could do it with a 555 if you could get the mark/space ratio equal, one LED to + rail the other to -

I assume you used a CD4069 Hex Inverter chip for your flasher?
I would have gone with a 4017 mono stable everything built in
Did have a SAB diagram somewhere will have a look

Could you get hold of the firmware ?
If you could then use filezilla

Therefore, the case against the company is that, due to some signaling issue or problems with the hardware, the ARC received an OPEN signal from the panel being torn from the wall.
Method of signalling ?

Op took NVR done place over or inside job, insurance company has taken panel already and now op or someone is wondering if the log can be checked because they didn't think of it before
If insurance company had taken the panel, it would have been within a couple of days and they might have the log along with ARC logs.
Incident Jan 17 its a bit late to try and do anything.

A galaxy 18 does not have a NVM to store the log, it retains it by a battery on board which if in good condition might hold the programming and log for a month or two as we have found, but galaxy state 48hrs retention and if the battery is knacked as soon as mains and battery backup have been removed the information has
gone.

If it was communicating via GSM to an approved ARC did the monitoring station get a close the night before the incident ?

You can also do things like set the output to pulse for N seconds to keep the light on for an interval when the door is opened. I also use a level 1 guard code as an input to the link. This allows you to select a code that is entered to switch the lights on. If you're remote and viewing via CCTV, you can then enter the code video a the Virtualkeypad to switch the lights on. I use this same mechanism to open the garage door.
Learnt something new, have always made an area with nothing but a code in it to fire an output

Or behind a multiplexer with your scope checking you have 1v p to p. I always found it terribly clever how the mplexer encoded and decoded onto a vhs.
And the sync, was it 0.3v
Used to play pool / drink in the pub against one of the men that came up with the multiplexer

Get the galaxy app, then you will get push notifications as well as being to arm/disarm from your phone. BTW you will need an Ethernet module
