  5. doubt it once the ceiling is up no one cares cheap and thrown in is the name of the game unless its a major contractor or council/hospital work

  10. The best cctv co in the world must have been too busy...
  11. I'm no expert on them but I think you can lose them if you try a loop recover,I've never tried it tho and as long as you do a loop back up for any changes seems to be fine touch wood, great panels when you just let them be lol
  12. Thats a major flaw in gents allocate a loop with a duff device and everything is out of sync we took over a system with 4 networked panels and about 1000 devices all had wrong text or no text at all,re done through front end proper ball ache lol
  13. Never seen one but a scaled down vigi from what I've read should be easy enough to maintain and i beleive you can get replacement detectors without any problem
  14. bit harsh Id prefer cvnt to arf...tho it's laughable I can just see the new meeting of the new order, right lads we've been made aware of a new craze sweeping the land, people are stealing contacts from front doors....didnt someone pipe up and say errr excuse me,fills you full of hope!!!!!
  15. lol,tho removing magnets isn't new,it's happened since the beginning of time, maybe it's being reported more,I always told customers to report it as criminal damage straight away and inform the police that it was an attempt to disable the system and that the polis should keep a closer eye on the site that evening as the chances are they will be back, but I'd say many didnt bother informing them
  16. old skool tactics along with foaming bells and cutting tel lines setting off systems to test response etc, glad to see their keeping up with the times
  17. I had the same on a dimension, duff panel mate, sent back to honeywell as they were interested too
  18. have you or they been drinking, they will be foaming bells next
  19. Steel is not recommended where livestock is around granted thats with mains so I was keeping it placcy and its easier and cheaper
