Could be camera then or Dvr , because analogue output does not confirm both outputs necessarily working

Or it could be Dvr , this is the issue you have limited amount of equipment to test with

Double-checked my program 1 setup and it's as I described in my OP -

zone 1 = used\timed

zone 2 = used\inhibited

zones 3 to 8 - unused

I performed a factory reset and reprogrammed, just to start from scratch again.

efficient_systems - Looking at the Engineer's manual, the zone setup is the same for all 3 programs, the only thing that I have changed on program 1 is to set zones 3-8 as unused and left programs 2 and 3 unchanged, is this okay?

Is there any else that can cause the pir to activate the entry timer when the entry route has not been activated?

This panel has 3 programmes, each programme carries a zone type map, make sure the zone type is set correctly for all programmes you are using.

Yeah many setup like that, they want more money to setup part set aswell

It will be more cost effective to dump the adt heads all together , i doubt you will find one or it will be difficult

 

then for similiar costs above get a local to fit more standard heads etc and service the system less hassle for the future

I saw the kit today, the wireless unit looks quite modern with onboard keypad and saw a new design for remote keypad, release is next year though but looks good

The app system was very good to like they took all the features from everyone else

Seems best to lock these panels though simple jumper marked default inside

Onboard digi, dialler , and various cards available including WiFi

A serious answer to the original question.

We pay £125.00 a week for being on call. Then time & half at all times when called out (door to door). If you are on call on a bank holiday you also recieve an an extra days pay.

I didn't compare it, just pointing out that I have seen this fault on a different device. All electronics are comprised of similar components, often expensive devices carry the same components as cheap stuff, it can be useful from a diagnostic POV.
