Hi Has anyone got an old user guide for a Microtec 2000 or 4000 panel. I have a customer who wishers to change the user code. Is this possible or can it only be done from engineer mode. Regards Paul

Hi Guys, I purchased an FAI SecurityGuard I Alarm some ten odd years ago now. I have since moved several times and it has just sat in the shed. But now I have just converted my garage into a home theatre and have dug it out of storage, put a brand new battery in and whacked it up on the wall. I now need to program it, the problem I have is I need an engineer manual. I know from watching the original installation a decade ago that I can adjust sensitivity etc... by pressing combinations of buttons on the radio key, but of course I only ever got the user manual (even though I was never under any contract, I just purchased alarm and installation - and yes I read the engine…

I need a menvier TS400 installation/programming guide next week to take over a system that ive never worked on before. I have never seen one before and am struggling to find anyone with a book on one. If anyone can give me some direction, as to where i could find one please could they let me know, thanks.

scantronic 9600 install manual i would like to give thanks for any help in advance i am working in a shop with a 9600 panel i have the user guide and i find i need the installer manual as i am going to need to reset the board to factory defaults as the code for the board has been lost and forgoten i know how to do the reset but i have been told i realy could do with the install manual as i will need to setup all of the entry exit and all zones if i do a reset is the defaults of the system able run normaly or will i have to set other things up again thanks for you help

Hi. Sorry to harp on about the same thing. Just moved into a house with an Optima XL6. Rang the company who installed it years ago and they won't send me a copy of the instructions. They will only send an engineer out to show me how to use it and their charges start at £38 for 30 mins. Hope I'm a fast learner or it may cost me a fortune!!! If anyone is kind enough to send me a copy of the instructions I would be very happy. Many thanks Wendy xx
