I've just bought a house which is protected by a Pointer installed alarm sytem. Quite old - The control Box has CPF2 on it and a double diamond motif. Can anyone advise how to chage the entry code? Pointer were unable to advise. Thankyou

Hi there, can anyone please tell me how to wire the Flashguard Xtra external siren to the Aritech CS350? I am looking for an installation manual from Pyronix Sterling 10, can anybody help me?

Can somebody please help urgently. When i moved house last September i found that the Scantronic Panel that is installed in my house was faulty and i was able to download the installation manual from this site which was very useful. However since then i have deleted them from my system and i am having problems with the system again and i urgently need a copy of the installation manual as i move house again in less than 3 weeks. please help im urgently in need of a user manual for a optima xm alarm system i have a false alarm situation after 30 minutes and need it sorting

The house I've just moved into has an alarm system which has no user manual. The only markings on both the alarm box and control panel says Concept, Advanced Microprocessor Control. I would guess that it was installed probably in the mid 1990's. If anyone has any idea where I could find a user manual it would be much appreciated.
