:o Hi. Sorry to harp on about the same thing. Just moved into a house with an Optima XL6. Rang the company who installed it years ago and they won't send me a copy of the instructions. They will only send an engineer out to show me how to use it and their charges start at £38 for 30 mins. Hope I'm a fast learner or it may cost me a fortune!!! If anyone is kind enough to send me a copy of the instructions I would be very happy.

Yes download the manual from Colins link, then, when you need an installer for servicing/repairs/alterations etc DONT RING THEM AGAIN - not exactly customer orientated or they?
