Hi guys. Just found this forum and thought I may be able to add something. I have worked for one of the worlds leading off-line access control companies for many years mainly in technical and sales. Becasue of our company history we also get involved with combining on-line and off-line solutions. I dont intend to favour any one product as I now act as a consultant within the group for off-line access control and simply offer pro's and con's for my colleagues. If I can be of help for anyone please shout. Bluepippa

My day job is as an education officer with a wildlife trust, but in a previous life I was an engineer and I still like to make things/get things working and so on. Please look out for my first technical question......very soon! Regards rog8811

Hey all. Nice to be part of an environment of those smarter than me. At least that;s how it feels when I'm scratching my head on a problem. I look forward to helping where I can also. I have been in the field for about 12 years and work with WinPak access control. It's easy when it comes to cameras, alarms, etc but programming errors and other stuff that is written in to SQl, MSDE, and other Winpak components are a challenge at times.
