Can any one help I had an alarm fitted 4 years ago. I have currently getting work done on the house and have been in contact with the original installer trying to find out if I can get it de activated while the work is going on. He says he can't find the manual. All I know about it is that the control panel has a C&K Securitech logo on plus the following code: CO23-203 Iss.1 And as you can guest the work has meant that the panel is now continually beeping with the lights flashing on and off the Mains, & TPR. I am really worried that my alram is going to go off and I cannot stop it. Can Anyone help Please,

Hi all...brilliant site, very informative/witty etc etc... Hope to be posting loads and possibly helping out if required. A bit about me...time served spark who has been out of his trade & installing intruder/cctv/fire for about 15 years. Love the job but the clambering under floors is starting to get to me... Now doing service/install in my new adopted home in Northern Ireland (don't beleive all you hear, its great here...)

Thought it would be polite to drop in a quick hello I run an Electrical/CI/Alarm company - so queue jokes about Sparkies We complete around 2k houses a year electrically, in many of which we install Alarms/CCTV. We're NSI approved and specialise in Scantronic/Visonic Powermax+ and Europlex SigNet panels. We've just completed Europlex's first official training course, and can now provide the EuroNet.net package for Intelligent building control of Doors/Security and CCTV via one integrated system. B) Oh - and we do Custom Install so as well as all the boring stuff people dont really want - we do lurvely Plasmas/AV Amps/Surround sound/Lighting etc. etc. Anyway - eno…

.................How could they possibly know the answers!! Hi all, Just thought I'd introduce myself being new to this forum. I've been looking in occasionally over the last few weeks and have read and learnt a fair few things. I work as a 'technical support engineer' for CBC(Europe), a manufacturer / suplier of CCTV equipment. I've only been in the job a little over a year and am still learning a lot, but enjoying it greatly. I like the look of this forum, some i…

Hello, My name is Paul and I live In Oldham near Manchester. I have worked in the Access control industry for about 15 years and my last Job was senior commissioning engineer and technical support. I pretty much now all there is to know about most access control products. and I know a great deal about CCTV and Nurse Call systems too. Recently I have been trying to break into the BMS Industry but because my practical experience is a little limited I am struggling to get the right opportunities. I am currently looking for work so any help or leads would be appreciated. Thanks for Now, Regards, Paul.

Hi to all members! I am looking to buy an alarm system. I am thinking either a menvier or scantronic are top of my list. I might also consider a Galaxy unit. I am wanting the system to cover my house, internal & perimeter. I also want it to cover my shed & garage as a single ward with perimeter & internal. I could probably get away with using only 8 zones but would at least like it to be expandable. I would appreciate any advice offered or if anyone has any suitable systems for sale!
