Hi all , just found this site, reminds me of a site that was started about 8 years ago and was full of previous //.National Installer.// ,Modern and Thorn guys , wow that rocked a few peoples boats just after the big merger . to many home truths i think. just had a quick scan before doing the sunday afternoon car wash and noticed some familiar names . I'm currently employed by 'Sentry Alarms Ltd' here in Hull and have been in their employ for coming up to 2 years after my previous employer retired and sold up. I have 10 years experience in Intruder Alarms ranging from small end Gardiner Technology panels like the Gardtech 350 to high end Menvier panels like the TS2500. My current employer uses Vista, Abacus and Aritech equipment although they have moved over to the Menvier like Texacom Premier range. My experience is in the "Smart Home" field, which by my definition is the installation and integration of some, many, or all systems within a home.
