Im new to this forum and have noticed there a lot of trade people on here. For one my dad being the service engineer (sp). How long does it take for a trainee to become qualified if someone can help.

It all depends me personaley I learnt on my own back and im am still learning after 10 years but ime sure some of the old apprenatces will let you know how long there basic training took.

I was up and installing on my own after a week, but as Smart1 says "You`ll learn something new every day".
