I don't think my runs will exceed 40, possibly 50 metres? Again to run IP cameras. You could use a midspan if more power is required. I'd also suggest that even if cctv per channel needs more that 1gbs that CAT5 will be 10gig. Copper wins imo over short distances over fibre.
