Hi,

I have recently bougt honewell  flex 50 c006-s-c1 v3.37 , second hand and mk8 kepad , system starts ok , but ? need to find a user code to enter into system.

Is there a way to factory reset the pcb or keypad with hardware jumpers even ? Is the code stored on pcb itself or in the keypad?

When it starts it is comunicating with keypad, configuring please wait-  and then it shows time date and ADT name at the top. Tried few known ADT codes without luck.   Beeps every other sec. Red  LED flashed every other sec on the pcb a well.

Is the big aluminium radiator in the middle of PCB a TAMPER ? Does it need to touch the boards? it is just hanging in the air now on one side marked in yellow circle on pic.

I have Flex 050 metal case version.

I would like to install it in the house.

Im a newbie sorry for bother, this is my first alarm project.

Thank you again for help guys.

Code will be stored in the main control panel, keypads never really store much information on systems.

As per our guidelines we do not share defaulting info or engineers manuals here.

Probably best to contact the seller see if they can help.

How much was the kit ?

The metal 'radiator' is a heat sink. The tamper switch is the switch with green wires coming of it.

We don't give default info on here as it can be used to disable systems.
