Im easier with software , well that radiator is loose , I have never seen fitted radiator only on one one side hanging Freely on the other.

Just for the update and help for other people : reflashing firmware solved the problem. thanks

local engineers dont use this brand...no help from them

Will Galaxy Dimension programming cable help ? Will I be able to upload newer firmware and then get default codes from the system ? thanks

Hi, I have recently bougt honewell flex 50 c006-s-c1 v3.37 , second hand and mk8 kepad , system starts ok , but ? need to find a user code to enter into system. Is there a way to factory reset the pcb or keypad with hardware jumpers even ? Is the code stored on pcb itself or in the keypad? When it starts it is comunicating with keypad, configuring please wait- and then it shows time date and ADT name at the top. Tried few known ADT codes without luck. Beeps every other sec. Red LED flashed every other sec on the pcb a well. Is the big aluminium radiator in the middle of PCB a TAMPER ? Does it need to touch the boards? it is just hanging in the air now on one side marked in yellow circle on pic. I have Flex 050 metal case version. I would like to install it in the house. Im a newbie sorry for bother, this is my first alarm project. Thank you again for help guys.
