Did you try linking out the inputs direct?

JB lid tamper? Have you tried with two links in the 4600 terminals?

How to setup two links on the 4600 terminals, do you mean on the faulty unit or the 4600 main control box. Not sure what the process would be to setup two links

we are trying to confirm that the unit has failed. If you put a wire link between each set of the terminals to ensure its not external. Im thinking as the built in reed isnt working your fault is here or external.

Remove the black and blue and place a wire link where they were and do the same for red and yellow and report back.

 

You will also need to hold down the tamper switches and reset the panel or put it back in the casing and place the lid back on correclty.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
