Hi I have an old Abacus system.It was working perfectly. Then I had my front door changed and the alarm light doesn't work on the house.

Anybody familiar with the wiring for the Abacus 12 system or think they can help. I have the original installation manual and installation wiring setup.

The company telephone numbers I have for support no longer work.

iD system so if the old contact and biscuit have gone, you'll struggle to get it working. All the parts are obsolete and hard or expensive to find.

    If everything else is working I can't see how they are related. There usually isn't any power going to a contact. When was it last serviced etc?
