  • I suspect Yale will sell thousands of their shit alarms a week,   A proper house alarm can be had for roughly the monthly payment of Range Rover... oddly expensive cars parked outside houses

  • Its grrrrreat!             (sorry wrong tiger)

OK OK

You lot scared me ...I am going to get this Yale and Bits on Ebay and see if i can AFFORD a better system for them

and get my money back (well some of it)

i don t want to be over theirs every weekend arsing with some error or other

Now i go back on the Google search for an alarm with a dialler, shock contacts, wired bellbox and a few door contacts and a panic button

for as close to £250 as i can

i know i know

You won't.

Texecom or i-On 30R, both support cloud, remote admin, fobs, and a wired bell. (didn't realise the Elite 12 was history.... assuming the 64 is the same price or have they gone 'premium'?)

Despite me using I-On if it was a 100% wireless system from new, the 2 way wireless on Texe nails it tbh.

Pyronix, not sure (without buying a 'big' system and then not using half the features) re. the wired bell.

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands

Use a pyronix enforcer if you want to use wireless detectors. (Bellbox can be wired)

Or a pyronix euro mini (wired detectors and bellbox)

im not a fan of the enforcer (panel on entry route etc)

Made no sense to have so many products that do the same thing. 64W made sense IMO.

Agreed but just wondering if it comes with a big price differential or have they met somewhere in the middle?

My local company uses a remote keypad and hide the enforcer in a cupboard or under the stairs

few do. few care etc
