datadiffusion
Theres a difference between a global brand with a far eastern factory and crappy 'local' brands though. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/41396-euro46-woes/page/2/#findComment-465947 Share on other sites
POC
Ok, update. I put in the engineer code (no on screen confirmation that i was actually in eng mode?) Removed cover, no alarm. I was met with this mess (see pic). Upon pulling off the negative battery wire the alarm sounded saying 'control panel tamper, restore required' Now what? Anyone know of someone local to Hemel Hempstead that can fix this? thanks, Paul Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/41396-euro46-woes/page/2/#findComment-465996 Share on other sites

POC
Yes they've obviously used the battery from the old alarm. Here is the battery from the front: No idea why it says 9ah on the back!?
