And yet, a 7ah one! Amazed this panel was ever designed for it, but looks like it fits...

 

I wonder if the partially covered up label says 'Bellweather Alarms - Important - This Alarm is at least 20 years out of date and should be replaced...'

Only just 20 years, love the old Yuasas. 

if the batt was 20 it would be a 6Ah. But as its powered down maybe the battery took it

Certainly had a lot more weight in them back then.

We still have a couple of these out there still working and serviced every year.

The first system I ever installed for a proper (I.e not mate or relative) customer in 97.

 

I do wonder if the customer is still alive (and not because of my work!)

Thanks for the quick answers guys. A friend of mine moved  house and wants to see if it still works. Looks like there is dialler attached to the system as well. Will try to power it up next time I visit him.
