Anyone seen the Galaxy TouchCenter Plus in the flesh yet ?  Thinking of getting one for some testing in the office.  Screen res not great, but is there a better proper LCD based keypad ?

Wow they starting to move with times , I like the old touch aswell although the prox goes weird on old version , an adt guy from Leeds told me he has trouble with them to registering prox not sure why

I'd be interested to hear more about that, as I haven't seen the issue.  I have test panels set up here, so could perform some cycle based testing to see if it's replicable.

Id use a 1070 rather than a quantum by the looks and would be similar money. plus the app fee etc

I'd ditch the smartkeys.

There's not a lot of information on the detection.

Why is the bell installed by customer?

 

It's always recommended to get at least 3 quotes and go with the company you feel most comfortable with, not necessarily the cheapest.
