Thorn (Tyco) Electronics Ltd t/as Visonic.

 

Probably some accounting bodge, kept Thorn Security Ltd going as dormant / built up loss

then used it as a vehicle to buy VIsonic

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
