The stuff we order from security warehouse and UTC is reliably delivered straight to site / engineers house so negates the need to hold too much stock or mess around with shipping stuff ourselves. In effect you and UTC have become our outsourced stores. Recently ordered a laptop from John Lewis - best deal available Order 4-30pm on a Sunday afternoon, standard free carriage delivery within 5 days. Laptop delivered next day at 10-30am. Thing is, it was an extra charge for next day delivery but to get Monday you usually have to get your order in pre 4-00pm on the Friday.
