matthew.brough
I'm not sure if it was a sledge hammer or JCB that City Link used to deliver this PC to site but I'm staggered how much damage could be done to a PC that was so well protected. Anyone here get gear shipped to site that ends up in pieces? www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/
datadiffusion
Did he throw it on the ground after you clamped his van or was it a genuine accident? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
matthew.brough
Did he throw it on the ground after you clamped his van or was it a genuine accident? I was the sender, not the receiver. That thing had enough packaging around it to wallpaper a shipping container. God knows what happened. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/

They just don't make woodchip wallpaper like they used to
datadiffusion
I've had the same, dented Scanny 95 as if it had been in a car crash, was sent in an ion50 box as it happened which is mostly heavy foam (not styro the clear stuff) You really have to wonder how they manage it. matthew.brough
Consider yourself lucky it arrived with that lot. Problems? Don't send many parcels at all (30 a year if lucky) but up until this incident no complaints. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/

If it looks 'tasty' things have been known to disappear with that lot. They'll even when cctv footage proves them to be lying.
