Placed an order Monday (nothing special) and asked straight away if it will arrive by 24th at latest - 'oh yes of course - just waiting for one item'. Asked this morning if they were still alright for delivery tomorrow, or if its just waiting for bits can they can part ship, forgot about it during the day, just got answer ten minutes ago; 'sorry too late couriers have gone now'. Thats the last time I use Poundland Online to buy my alarm kit I can tell you... Useless! So I am using my localish trade counter...
