The Arab
The output is programmed as 11 in digicom output 8 and is positive but doesn't change status doesn't flicker or drop out and as I said only the 790/900 manual but never saw anything about altering output state Trade Member
Oxo
Config 019 is one way. Try making a custom output on the panel outputs ( 4 of them), if you cannot with all them its fooked.
The Arab
Will try again (I had programmed the clean contact output 1 as 2nd alarm but that never changed) and will spend a bit time on your custom output suggestion Trade Member
Oxo
To be fair if none are changing the panel is due for a change as good as they were.

sixwheeledbeast
did'nt they do something weird like restore the 1st int when sending 2nd int ? I think an issue was the second signal restored after a while but left intruder active. They definitely didn't do Abort hence the abort module. Anyway OP, replace panel. Edit:- Oh that reminded me there's an option for 2nd Alarm time if that's "000" there's your issue. Be in Engineers 1 - 5 somewhere near the end. breff
TS900 did confirmed but had no time window, same as 2500, its the reason we moved away from them. You could have a zone activate today then a 2nd in a weeks time and it would send a confirmed if it hadn't been reset. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
