Countess Alarm

Due to its age I would replace it. Also consider how easily you silenced it. A burglar could do the same. Just turning power off should not defeat a system

Hi Kate, its a countess its about 25 years old they were good panels but quite old now you can search for a company using your postcode here http://www.nsi.org.uk/

I would advise you get three co's in and choose the one you feel most comfortable with and not the cheapest, if you post the quotes here we will all help

I would advise a quote from an SSAIB firm but if you go the Nacoss route you can choose gold or silver to quote. I would ask them the difference between gold and silver.

!

I don't want to come across as hard but take your house price with the cars and the contents within your house...... £1k quote at the most to protect everything?

!

either stay on topic or get a room!

Thanks all, agree just a matter of money at the moment. We'll see how it goes but pretty much lost everything - bummer!

You should be able to get a radio alarm for around 600 in our parts. A while back ess were going for the sparky market, not sure if its still the case
