AndyAlarms
Gents Very useful file and just what i was after. Just a couple of questions. Is the seperate tamper signal needed for both g2 & g3 installations? Also am i right in saying you only need a single line path fault on a g2 and a single and full line fault on a g3? sixwheeledbeast
Ah, this was the thread I was looking for a few weeks ago. -- Path fault signals don't need pins if that's what you mean. jiml
I wrote that booklet and I think it helped a lot of people understand the basics of the new standards. I think help guides like this are essential when busy installers are faced with new standards. I was not happy when the marketing department put a picture of me in it yes, tamper must have it's own channel if using pins for fast format. The question about path faults is not clear. What are you asking?
