it should be already programmed to restore, this was a call out so has been working already. im thinking fault may be with output from fire panel.

£130 well spent the 1st time your out of town & the chips wrong......

However mine was last used to change an adt 8400 digi on splinker system to ours 2yrs ago

Chip blower?

Used to do all ours. Only way to guarantee they were the correct way around, well especially with Custodian. Yeomans were okay but SMS/NMS were the best.

We've just had a load that were not sending restores .

7300 came in handy :)

I've had it happen before. Was a hold off problem. Muppet that installed it hadn't tightened the terminal fully.
