February 12, 201115 yr comment_269500 And Alan, fob+code can be done by setting fob as 1 user code, and code as another and assigning them both the 'dual code' option Wouldn't be any good for some DD243 though Arf. I can't understand why any of the big boys have not bitten the bullet and used prem, other then the issue of it being everywhere. I think pin of the day could help that. They are a very good panel, and now they have sorted the 640 out (or so i'm told) got to test it again yet. they are very hard to beat. Never had a problem with the P640, apart from the first versions only had 50 users. Having to clone prox tags isn't great IMO. You can do pretty much anything with a Prems custom outputs, once made a P640 have 6 Foyers with custom outputs. I would go down the Dual Code method as it's alot more secure. If someone were to say leave the keys on the entry route or worse outside the premises. The system would disarm with a fob if the entry route hadn't been deviated. February 12, 201115 yr comment_269554 Hi Breff Can you give me a pointer on how to lock the fob. I can see how to set the custom output 2a to Alarm and how to get custom output 2a to trigger a command But how can I command it to lock a fob? I have to admit I don't have the system installed yet and I am working from the installer manual, it may become clearer when I have the unit in operation and I can read the screens.
