My name is Matt Graham of LJD Digital Security, I have noticed after reviewing some of the forums there seems to be some potential ill feeling floating around in relation to LJD? This reading raises obvious concerns and I feel this needs to be addressed. Should anyone feel they have any genuine issues, regardless of topic, resolved or not then we of course would be more than happy to discuss in more depth & detail.

May I suggest you PM Dave (Service Engineer) he may give you manufacturer status and your own part of the forum where matters can be discussed amongst Trade members.
