  1. before you throw away your meter is the battery ok in the meter itself. When they get low it causes them to over read
  2. maybe put a new battery in the meter?

  11. the wide tolerance option was added to keep with honeywell the regs are very tight, too tight imo to the point of it not working without a bit of grey.
