    Point behind intruder company Allot of them actually only have basic experience in fire , as the fire companies have basic experience in intruder Few smaller companies hold expertise in both when a problem occurs Or they just to busy to give it real attention, small contract not being worth much

    Go for seperate detection in orangery and link to your intruder if business is good enough seperate Comms Unless the alarm gorillas can suggest how to have all on one set of Comms

    Fire brigade will more like downgrade your attendance ? I would ask your installer to quote something better , reality is "weather" your willing to pay for it or not

    Your already getting average prices , so wasting your time , what you need is a local electrician to fit you a texecom Veritas cheap and get on with it

    How old is system panel battery? I would change that first Standard on these to show bat mis when they dodge , only ever got one panel with that fault similar and was panel Change battery

    None of this makes sense you gorillas , installs can be fitted to grade 3 spec it's only the insurers you need to worry about and if you don't need them , no reason why not to install to that level of you want to So can grade 3 be keyholder only ?

    So do you mean this is a DIY install or house bashers install and need it to be installed to grade 3 spec? And as mentioned it maybe grade three equipment and installation but obviously needs grade 3 Comms to be fully compliant to the gorilla world ? Can it be keyholder only on grade 3

    Only problem with these devices is , that you need a contract SIM 2g , most of them don't work with three or similar Sims they use Cheapest contract sin these what £6-7 per month? So your better off spending a bit more on better GSM unit like from advent controls and you can find the odd sin only supplier for £4/5 per month

    Earth to DD? The 9651 doesn't have a plug in dialler, pins are for pins coms as jw said The ion range used the plugin dialler As jw get a standalone dialler and use bell trigger or the pins outputs for triggers is possible
