Hi,

A mate moved into a new house and the old owners didn't leave a manual or even the code. Doea anyone know how to reset these panels or does anyone have a manual.

Hi Brian,

Try contacting a local company and let them know you have an Opima XM6 which needs defaulting and servicing - they will be able to sort this out for you and as long as it's all working fine then shouldn't cost more than the normal annual maintenance fee of approx 50-80. They will (assuming they are SSAIB or NSI) then provide you with a 24 hour call out in case of emergencies.

If you struggle to find someone ethen let me know and I can put you in contact with a guy I work with who might be able to help..
