Can any one help

I had an alarm fitted 4 years ago. I have currently getting work done on the house and have been in contact with the original installer trying to find out if I can get it de activated while the work is going on. He says he can't find the manual. All I know about it is that the control panel has a C&K Securitech logo on plus the following code: CO23-203 Iss.1

And as you can guest the work has meant that the panel is now continually beeping with the lights flashing on and off the Mains, & TPR. I am really worried that my alram is going to go off and I cannot stop it.

Can Anyone help Please,
