Hi everyone, Been a member for a few months now and thought it was time to say hi, Been in the security industry for the past 15 years working for local companies and also ADT But last year made the move to go self employed. Chris.

Just a quick hello. Just in need of some techinal advise on alarm system i have to look at thnk in advance.

Well, I have been looking round the site for a few months and thought I had better join. I used to work for 'one the big boys' but you can only take so much abuse and dumbing down. I have decided to go it alone and I am amazed at the amount of technology that is available. Hopefully I mwon't have to ask too many questions but you never know! Regards

Don't Laugh but has anybody go a downloadable install/user manual, keep coming across these ole things, micro 8, and tripped at the first hurdle, or even a simple step by step instructions to service one ie walk test test bell out puts etc. Been working for the big boys for a while now, started my career in a small intruder cctv outfit but all good things came to an end, made redundant, stepped out into the big unknown doing somethimg thing totally different, now i,m back to what i enjoy. Guys look forward to reply...............What ...micro 8? HA AH.

Hi All, Thought that i would update, you all. I have moved on from Xtrails Adpro after 7 years and will be staying in the Industry (i have a job but do not start till Monday - I will update you later). I will still be passing by here and will be happy to answer any questions regarding Adpro Equipment. However it will no longer be and offical statment/support as per before. (sorry to sound all offical but i just dont ant anyone getting into grief) Im time i will most prob change my user settings/Name. Anyhoo, though that i sould let you know. AT1. Hello, PSS have arrived we wish to take all and any feed back form you out there in the field GOOD an BAD. We here to provide support for those stuck with a problem and require a solution also so we can work out how to make our products even more user friendly and so enabling the untrainned a better chance. Of course we recommend that the training course is vital to the understanding and using the system but with a logical mind and the manuals and tech support only a phone call away it couldn't be easier. All questions and statements welcome. Hope to hear from you soon.

Could somebody out there recommend an installer in my local area of Peterborough that I could call to arrange a home visit have problems with my alarm. I am unable to reset the alarm after it was set off in error, non of the methods indicated in the hand book seem to work. Thanks
