mrala Posted Sunday at 18:08 Author Share Posted Sunday at 18:08 Yes, it is an LED one. Also I assume by high voltage you mean mains 220V A/C? The only cable going to the SABB is small bell wire size. Research did say that some very old SABB units did have a mains supply. sixwheeledbeast Posted Sunday at 18:24 Share Posted Sunday at 18:24 Xenon strobes have ~3Kv driver circuit. 230Vac (mains voltages) while dangerous is considered LV (low voltage) in the grand scheme of things. james.wilson
Of it's a hkc bell it is led. No risk of high voltage from the strobe. The piezo will be though. I'm seeing a trend of people wanting to remove proper stuff and asking how it can be disabled. Never see the same questions on simplisafe and ring etc. That's because they can be easily disabled. If you want a burglar alarm that can be easily disabled just get a doorbell and hope it's pressed. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
