RGodderz Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I have a stand alone KP500 only attached to an electric strike lock the com NC the key pad is giving the lock power, locking it i have programmed it, with fobs and a code when i swipe the fob or enter the code , the keypad flashes green and accepts it however the power does not drop for the lock the lock will of course open it I take the power off manually taking a cable out Quote
sixwheeledbeast Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Not used one. Is the strike time really short? Does the strike lock require the same voltage as the KP? Have you tested your findings with a multimeter? Is it just not wired correctly or some other simple mistake? Quote

Have you put the com and n/c in series with the lock and power? I know its a daft question but I have no idea of your ability Quote

What's left led doing ? Red or green Is it in secure or insecure mode , as I thought one mode requires both fob and code in some sequence Quote
